From start to finish, our stay here was filled with luxury and exclusivity. The staff were attentive and informative, always going above and beyond to meet our needs. The sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were exactly what we needed after a long day of exploring the city. The spa centre provided us with the ultimate relaxation experience that we were craving. The private facilities in our room gave us a feeling of seclusion and intimacy. The restaurant served world-class cuisine that was both rich in flavor and beautifully presented. The location offered breathtaking views of the city and its surroundings.
While there were very few negative aspects of this hotel, the only issue we experienced was with the service at times. Although staff were attentive and prompt overall, there were one or two occasions where we had to wait for a request to be fulfilled for longer than expected.
